Phil Knight acted as a fiduciary for us in 2006.  To this day in 2019 he has still not returned any portion of the $353,500 he accepted as a fiduciary.  

We listened to a myriad of Knight’s reasons, excuses and outright lies why he did not return the money… including his rubbish that he was not served properly.   Finally years later we were compelled to sue Phil Knight.  We secured a federal judgement for $353.500 the full amount.

This is Phillip W. Knight who circles the globe scamming and stealing from the wealthy and not so wealthy with one devious scheme or another: oil, stocks, public company deals, Venezuelan money exchange, fiduciary, setting up escrow accounts with agents he refers you to, real estate deals, mining, etc. 
We recently received some names of his companies which are Innasmat, Avalant International (Calgary), IM Stone Projects (Dubai) who have done a lot of massive damage especially in Africa and the Middle East through shady scams. Innasmat and Avalant are defunct entities but IMStone is still active in the Middle East. and Africa.
